Filed the rest of the nails down cause the length discrepancy was driving me nuts. Funny how quickly I got used to long nails. 6 months ago this would have been so long to me but right now… call me stubby.
Broke my thumb down to the nail bed. Fiberglass wrapped it and cut it down. Cut the other thumb to match but I am pissed. I really don’t wanna cut them all down but they look stupid.
Cool swirl nail technique. Probably a bit more advanced than I can handle but worth trying.

7 week nail growth update.
Having my nail bend in half really scared me. I’ve hit a major nail length milestone. They feel different and they feel less… attached to my hand. There is almost as much past my finger as on it. My goal length is about 6 months away and I’ve worn polish daily for months. It’s time to work on my Nails strength and while I’m at it, remove some stains and deep condition. I’m taking a week off from polish and just using NailTek nail hardener, conditioners and scrubbing my nails with whitening toothpaste. It’ll be interesting to see if they feel any different after a week. I’m not sure if the hardener can penetrate through my wrapped nail though so I’ll also me applying it to the underside of my nail as well.

Oh wow, I really like this a lot. Not sure I could make it look that smooth though.
